commercial automobiles placed through independent insurance
agents, primarily in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky,
Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Tennessee. |
MISSION
STATEMENT:
Our
Mission is to maintain relationships with independent retail
insurance agents by providing them with competitive insurance
products so that they will view us as indispensable partners.
We will
constantly work with the insurers we represent, assisting them in
determining methods with which they can provide a competitive
product, while at the same time maintaining their underwriting
integrity.
Our
underlying philosophy is not only to do things right, but to do

RECENT NEWS:
Horner Insurance Services, Inc
(HIS) announced recently that it has received for the third
consecutive year the distinguished designation of Certified
Managing General Agency (CMGA) from the American Association of
Managing General Agents (AAMGA). Era E. Horner, III, Vice
President of HIS accepted the award at the Association’s 2006
Annual Meeting held May 7-11 in Maui, Hawaii. The designation is
achieved and maintained by meeting a rigorous standard of
professional development including an average of eight hours of
AAMGA University credits per employee per year. We are very proud
to be a recipient of this prestigious award, as it symbolizes
HIS’s strong commitment to industry education,” said Horner.
On May 1st 2006 Horner Insurance
Services, Inc. celebrated the first anniversary of opening the
Ridgeland, MS office. Gene Horner, Jr., President said “We are
very pleased with the progress made with the opening of the
Ridgeland office. Jerry McCall has established an additional
customer base with significant premium growth while at the same
time providing excellent service to our existing customers.”
